The home of Audio Pro in New Zealand   In Italy, Franco has gained an enviable reputation among hi-fi cognoscenti and Classical music "aficionados". Within these circles he was even greeted humorously with such "honorific" titles as "the Count" or "His Grace". His authority was particularly recognised not only in the hi-fi world, but also in the sphere of live recording where his passion  led him  to live record many of the best Names of Classical music (mostly Baroque) and to make the very first live digital recording in Italy on 12/05/81. In 1995 he emigrated with his family to New Zealand and, with his son Piergiorgio, wanted to establish here an audio company with a difference, importing the Audio Pro brand, which in Italy has been the feather in Franco's cap since 1979. Viganoni & Viganoni are New Zealand's exclusive importers (from Sweden) and distributors of Audio Pro laudspeakers, sub-woofers and electronics, and the manufacturers of the renowned mono-block Sachem amplifiers. Since being established in New Zealand, our products of choice have become increasingly popular and respected in the New Zealand market, and can now be found at many Retailers nationwide. Still today Franco maintains his passion for live recording Classical music, being the official recorder for Bach Musica New Zealand and the Auckland Chamber Orchestra.
